The deficiency of insulin hormone levels in the body is one of the answers of what causes diabetes. The insulin hormone deficiency can be caused by the pancreas disruption function because of germs or infections. As formally known, insulin is used to regulate the glucose absorption in the blood which is transporting to all tissues, especially muscles. Muscles need glucose as the main ingredient to perform daily activities. The disruption of glucose support will effect on the excess blood sugar levels.

Although the insulin deficiency can be caused by certain infections, lifestyle factors and genetics would be another answer of what causes diabetes. People’s propensities consuming fast food and alcohol than fresh fruit or vegetables may make the pancreas’ cells damaged which affect on the insulin’s production in the body system. Besides unhealthy eating patterns, genetics may also cause the cell mutations on the insulin’s production system.

Frequent urination, increased thirst and also increased hunger rapidly developed could possibly the diabetic symptoms. Several cases are marked by the eyes lenses shape changes which make the patients have blurred vision. Although several symptoms above can be used as a reference to detect diabetes, blood test result by the laboratory tests would give the obtained accurately.
